MikroTik MTCSWE (Mikrotik Certified Switching Engineer)

Advanced training, devoted to the second layer of the OSI model. During the training, topics such as VLAN, STP (Spanning Tree) protocols, link aggregation, PoE options, 802.1x, and many others will be discussed and practiced. This training is a unique opportunity to dispel doubts about MTU.
The training is based on the latest CRS 3xx series switches.

The training culmination is the approach to the official MTCSWE (Mikrotik Certified Switching Engineer) exam.

Course prerequisites:

  • Completed Mikrotik MTCNA course
  • Good knowledge about RouterOS (recommended)

During training students will learn about:

  • MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit)
  • VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network)
  • STP (Spanning Tree Protocol)
  • Port aggregation (bonding)
  • Port isolation
  • QoS
  • OSI Layer 2 security
  • PoE
  • Port mirroring
  • SwOS

  • 3 days (3 x 8 hours)
