The recommended course for people without knowledge of using Mikrotik devices is the MTCNA course. This training is designed to familiarize participants with the basics of network administration based on devices operating under the control of the MikroTik RouterOS system.

We recommend MTCNA basic training for people without experience in network administration. People with MTCNA certification and wanting to broaden their knowledge about working with Mikrotik devices can choose the further certification path between trainings: MTCRE, MTCWE, MTCTCE and MTCIPv6E. For those interested in working with network control, we recommend proprietary workshops from the Capsman controller. People who want to learn the secrets of configuring Mikrotik devices are encouraged to participate in the original Mikrotik Scripts workshops.

In order to register your willingness to participate in the training, please send us an email to: info@mwtc.pl with information about the selected date. In response, you will receive information about further proceedings to book a place for the training.

All official Mikrotik trainings (MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCWE, MTCTCE, MTCIPv6E, MTCSE, MTCUME and MTCINE) end with an exam, after which an official Mikrotik certificate is awarded. The exam and certificate do not involve additional fees.

All official Mikrotik trainings end with the exam, i.e. MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCWE, MTCTCE, MTCIPv6E, MTCSE, MTCUME and MTCINE. Proprietary Capsman controller workshops and RouterOS scripts workshops do not end with an exam.

The exam takes the form of a single and multiple-choice test in English and consists of 25 questions. The duration of the exam is 60 min. At least 60% of correct answers are required to pass the exam. The exam result is available immediately after its completion.

The certificate is issued in electronic form.

Mikrotik certificates are issued for a period of 3 years.

RouterOS is a system that is subject to constant development, new functionalities are added. Therefore, we recommend that you sign up for training again after three years. However, if you are a person who works with RouterOS on a daily basis, we can offer you a renewal training course lasting 1 day, ended with an official Mikrotik MTCNA exam.

Taking the MTCRE exam and other Mikrotik training - MTCWE, MTCTCE, MTCIPv6E, MTCSE and MTCUME requires an MTCNA certificate, but not necessarily a valid one.

For people with extensive experience working with the Zabbix system, it is possible to take the Zabbix Certified Specialist exam without having to attend the training. The cost of taking the exam is EUR 350 net of tax. Obtaining the title of Zabbix Certified Professional and Zabbix Certified Expert requires participation in training and passing the practical exam.

The Zabbix Certified User, Zabbix Certified Specialist and Zabbix Certified Professional exams are conducted in the form of a multiple-choice test. The test consists of 50 or 70 questions in English. Exams can only be carried out by training centers accredited by Zabbix in the presence of a person with trainer qualifications. The Expert level exam is practical and involves solving three tasks. The ZCE exam is only offered with training and cannot be conducted separately.

A portable computer with any operating system and installed web browser should be taken for training.

You must register for the exam by sending an email to info@mwtc.pl and giving your preferred exam date. For formal reasons, registration and payment of the exam session must be made at least 7 days before the exam date.

For formal reasons, application for certified training must be made at least 7 days before the planned date of training. Until then, full payment for the training is also required.

The certificate is issued for the software version and has no specific expiry date.

The most popular training on the Zabbix certification path is ZCS (Zabbix Certified Specialist). The training provides the complete knowledge needed to design, implement and maintain a Zabbix environment on a small to medium scale.

Do I need previous experience with Zabbix to participate in Zabbix Certified Specialist training? No prior experience of working with Zabbix is required to enter the training. The participant should have basic knowledge of operating the Linux system (software installation, editing text files).

The training center is located within the paid parking zone, and during 9-17 business hours finding free space can be a problem. It is possible to reserve a parking space in a closed car park under the training center. The cost of such a reservation is PLN 25 net / day. Unfortunately, the condition for booking a training seat is to pay the full amount for the training.

VAT exemption applies when:

• The reporting institution is a public entity (Article 43 point 29 (c) of the VAT Act).
• The training is financed from public funds, at least in 70% - e.g. the training is carried out from the Development Services Database from EU funds (Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 22.12.2010, paragraph 13 item 1 item 20). To receive a VAT invoice a relevant declaration of Vat exemption should be provided. In order to receive a template of such a statement, please contact us at info@mwtc.pl.

There is a possibility of co-financing training under EU subsidies as part of the Development Services Base (BUR). Financing is intended for employees of micro, small and medium enterprises and for self-employed people. The conditions for receiving funding depend on the province. Unfortunately, Mazowieckie and Pomorskie voivodships did not join this program. Yes, in addition to open trainings, we also offer closed trainings, e.g. in the client's workplace. Our training offer is complemented by dedicated trainings, personalized to the client's requirements. The scope of training / consulting is developed for the client, taking into account his infrastructure and needs. During these trainings it is also possible to end with a certificate (depending on the program set). Length and place of training are agreed individually.
